I ma currently reading the Mystery Rivers of Tibet by Frank Kingdon Ward, describing his journey up the Salween to Tsarong in 1913. Interesting to read his descriptions of places like Songta (Saungta) and Longpu back then. Will do a bigger round up in due course.
