I like to compare this photo with the one below from 80 years ago because the blokes look alike! [Perhaps they are related?] This is actually Zago Tsering's uncle and aunt, as seen at the village of Roni [Lawaling in Chinese]. They are Pumi minority, closely related to the Tibetans, and natives of the Yangwe kong valley, about 200km from the Minya area where the photograph below was taken.
